How Our Ordering Process Works

Ordering a custom product or service is a bit different from a typical online experience. Every project we take on starts with your idea, photo, artwork, story or memory. That means nothing exists until you tell us what you want. Our process is intentionally personal, collaborative and hands-on. It helps us make something meaningful with you, not just for you.

Here’s how it all works, step by step.

Pick your finishes

For a custom made design, pick any finishes applicable to your product to make your design uniquely yours — a little detail goes a long way in turning your idea into something unique and beautiful. 

Please review your finishes or options carefully before submitting — if you wish to make changes later, you’ll need to remove the item from your cart and reconfigure it before checkout.

When done, click the “Add to Cart to Submit for Quote” button.

Step 3

Tell Us the Details

Now comes the fun part — tell us what you’d like to see come to life by filling out the form.

This is your space to describe what you’d like made. Share your idea, upload a file, or simply tell us the story behind it. The more we understand your intention, the better we design and creaet something meaningful.

When done, click the “Add to Cart to Submit for Quote” button and check out your Cart.

Note: A small non-refundable deposit allows us to review your design ideas, confirm feasibility and prepare a detailed quote based. The deposit will be fully applied toward your final invoice once your project moves forward.

Step 4

Review → Quote → Start

After checkout, we’ll review your request with care and send a personalized quote your way for your nod of approval.

Upon your acceptance, we’ll send you a commencement invoice to start your project.

Step 5

Designing the Real Thing

You’ve shared your idea — now it’s our turn to roll up our digital sleeves. Using your reference, concept, or story, we’ll sculpt your vision into a detailed 3D design.

Step 6

Finishing Touches

If you’ve ordered a custom made designs, we’ll create your product, refine the details, add the finishing touches and inspect everything by hand to ensure you receive a high-quality, beautifully crafted piece.

Step 7

Delivery Day

Digital files and designs arrive in your inbox or is hosted for your convenience online.

Physical creations are carefully packaged and shipped to your door with tracking.
And if you feel like sharing a photo of where your custom piece ends up — we absolutely love seeing it.
